Magnetized Nail polish by boots 17
Yes you heard it right! Nail polish that has magnetic properties that design, a cool nail art look on to your nails.
I got the green one pictured above, many other companies do the same polish at various prices, this polish has a magnet included in the lid. I have to say its tricky, the nail polish is wet when you put the magnet near your nails and it has to be close to work. I noticed the magnet catches the polish! I imagine on short nails it will work great but mine are longer and need the top of the nail painting again to re do the design.
Also it doesn't last long, i noticed mine chipping after a few hours and lost most of it at work. at 5.99 it isn't cheap and doesn't last as long as cheaper one colour nail polish.
If you have a party to go to it will look great, but don't buff your nails before hand, i feel this may have caused mine to chip so quick!
colours available Green, silver, blue and red

HD Brow v eylur eye brow shapers
HD Brow in a celebrity must have. They all have done! So of course i had to have it done as well. I have unruly eyebrows, uneven and out of shape and it be fair over abused eye brows.
I can't really find a picture of what they looked like after they had been done, but i wasn't really into them as the girl who did them didn't ask me how i wanted them. But before we get to all that, let me tell you what HD brow is and what it involves.
*Eye brow colouring
*Eye brow wax to shape
*Eye brow Threading to get the little annoying hairs
*Eye brow Pluck
*Eye brow fill
I had mine down at Lash and nails in Doncaster. As i say the girl never asked me what i wanted my brows to look like and the Doncaster branch didn't do threading. I had my brows coloured a little darker, but my eye brows are really dark any way so they didn't really need it.
It was the first time i had ever waxed anything, so i was nervous but she was actually really good at waxing and it was pretty painless, just uncofmy really.
She spent ages taming the wild eye brows, but i wanted to have a thick ish brow from the inside eye graduating up into a nice high arch, i love high arches and i have the shape for the as well! But she left them too stubby near my inner eye and no graduation out from the thicker part to an arch. Basically there was no shape at all. I didn't like them!
It has taken a while for them to grow out, so it you get it done well you will be hair free for about 8 weeks, maybe you will just need to pluck away any that decide to show up or that where missed. HD brows, is also meant to show you how to fill in over abused eyebrows and provide a sampler on eye brow filler- i got neither!
Since they have grown out i have trimming my brows down by clipping them with scissors and then i bought down eye brow shapers from Boots. They are Eylur eyebrow shapers and they cost around £2.65. Basically they are wax strips shaped for the top and bottom of your brow and you get a gorgeous arch as well, i have to say i got mine almost even and made my arch a little higher by plucking a a little higher up in the brow.
HD brow treatment costs anything between £20-£60
Eylur eyebrow shapers £2.65
slanted tweezers anything from £3 upwards
Try it yourself, i would say or find a salon who maybe cost more than the £20 i paid, i wasn't impressed at all.
