I know BBD is mainly about Make up but in the new revival of this blog, we are introducing lots of new things- like for example fashion, exercise and healthy eating!
I want you guys to follow me on my get fit plan. I am at the moment on day three of the 30 day shed by Jillian Michaels. I have done millions of keep fit dvd's and while I have enjoyed them they don't really help you lose weight. I read loads about the 30 day shed and even though I am not following the food plan, I am diabetic so I have to have things mainly cut out of diets. I expect the dramatic results most have spoken of from this dvd to take longer for me. But follow and lets see if it works, if you decide to do the same fitness dvd let us know here or if you have a fitness dvd you love and that works tell us your story!
